Introducing Jacksonville to Jacksonville

Toni Smailagic

Owner & Lead Photographer

Cre8Jax was established in 2016 by Toni Smailagic to highlight the arts in the city through artist spotlights. As Cre8Jax grew, the focus broadened to highlighting all cultural development in the city, with an emphasis on the urban core. This ranged from developer design proposals and business openings, to music festivals and artist opportunities. What sets us apart is the trust that we’ve built within the community, where the businesses we work with and highlight always meet the standards we’ve set which allow us to promote them without ever compromising quality.

We work with an array of clients on social media marketing strategies, creating visual campaigns, promoting and documenting events, and serving as a liaison between arts & commerce, which allows us to fiscally support our artists by connecting them with businesses.

Toni’s knowledge and connection to contemporary culture and ability to connect with people in a meaningful way are great assets to his natural gift of photography. He has captured the most beautiful and important moments of my art agency’s brand since our inception, six years ago. He has been one of the greatest assets to Jacksonville‘s art and culture, bring all the right people together and creating a stunning capsule of the most important years in the city’s evolution.
